Mykola Tyshchenko and Bohdan Pysarenko were remanded from night house arrest to personal commitment
The preventive measure for the accused Mykola Tyschenko and Bohdan Pisarenko was changed: instead of night house arrest, personal commitment for a period of two months, until December 9, was chosen for them.
On October 9, a hearing in the case of People’s Deputy Mykola Tyshchenko and former police officer Bohdan Pysarenko began in the Shevchenkiv District Court of Dnipro. They are accused of illegally imprisoning a former member of the Kraken special unit. Dmytro Mazokha of the Chief Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense.
At the meeting, it was planned to examine the protocol and video recording of the search in the deputy’s apartment, as well as consider the issue of continuing preventive measures.
At the previous hearings, the court extended the night house arrest of both defendants for two months – until October 21. This time they joined the meeting online. As a result, the court decided to change the preventive measure to a personal commitment. The next hearing in the case is scheduled for November 10.

Earlier, a video shot in Dnipro was shared on social networks, showing how a man in civilian clothes is forcibly held on the street by people wearing khakis and balaclavas. The police reported that this man was detained and physically injured. Also, a recording of the beginning of the conflict appeared on the network, at which People’s Deputy of Ukraine Mykola Tyshchenko was present.
