NAZK published a list of 188 political parties that did not submit financial reports for the 1st quarter of 2024

The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACP) published a list of political parties that did not comply with the requirements of the law and did not submit reports on property, income, expenses and financial obligations for the 1st quarter of 2024

Failure to submit reports is subject to administrative liability in the form of a fine from UAH 5,100 to UAH 6,800. NAZK will take measures to bring the guilty parties to justice.

The agency calls on political parties to comply with the law and ensure the transparency of their activities. NAZK emphasizes that it will ensure that guilty persons are brought to justice, provided for by law.

This is not the first case of massive disregard of reporting obligations by political parties. According to NAZK, almost 200 parties did not comply with the law’s requirement for reporting in 2020-2023. In total, during this period, political parties and their local organizations submitted more than 22,000 reports.
