During the meeting of the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for European Integration, Serhiy Boyev, with the Defense Attaché of the Netherlands at the Embassy in Ukraine, Colonel Johannes Hoppenreis, the expansion of cooperation in the field of defense technologies was discussed. By data the press service of the Ministry of Defense, the Netherlands expressed its readiness to provide financial and technical support for the development of modern defense solutions in Ukraine.
One of the key topics was interaction in the field of unmanned systems and innovative technologies to ensure Ukraine’s defense capability. Serhii Boev emphasized the importance of strategic support from the Netherlands, which includes the provision of critical weapons, investments in the Ukrainian defense-industrial complex and promotion of joint projects within the defense industries of both countries.
As a sign of gratitude for his significant contribution to strengthening the defense partnership, Serhii Boev presented Colonel Hoppenreis with the Cross of Honor, an award of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
