Oschadbank together with UPG introduced fuel lending for businesses at 0.01%

Oschadbank, together with the UPG gas station network, launched a program of preferential financing for businesses for the purchase of fuel. The initiative aims to support entrepreneurs during seasonal work and help them ensure uninterrupted operations without additional pressure on working capital.

The main condition of the program is a preferential interest rate of 0.01% per annum during the first four months of lending. The total financing term can reach 12 months.

Within the framework of the program, businesses can receive up to UAH 20 million without collateral thanks to state guarantees. Decisions on providing financing will be made based on a simplified package of documents.

As noted by Oschadbank board member Natalia Butkova-Vitvitska, the program is primarily designed for entrepreneurs for whom access to resources is critically important, in particular during the sowing campaign. According to her, the proposed conditions allow businesses to more effectively manage liquidity and quickly cover fuel needs.

The financing conditions also provide for a flexible approach to repayment – these can be equal monthly payments or an individual schedule depending on the borrower’s needs.

This initiative is part of a broader practice of using state guarantees to support small and medium-sized businesses in conditions of increased economic uncertainty.

On March 20, 2026, the “National Cashback” program for fuel was launched in Ukraine. This is a temporary mechanism to support citizens during the period of price changes in energy markets, which will be valid until May 1 of this year.
