Over 600 attacks on CCC employees recorded in Ukraine since the start of full-scale war
Since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine, 611 cases of attacks on employees of territorial recruitment and social support centers have been recorded. The situation has become critical, as three servicemen died in the performance of their duties as a result of aggressive actions by civilians.
As reported by the National Police of Ukraine, law enforcement officers are recording a steady increase in the number of such offenses throughout the country.
The geography of incidents shows that the largest number of attacks occurs in large cities and industrial centers. In particular, 68 cases were recorded in Kharkiv region, 53 in Kyiv, and 44 in Dnipropetrovsk region. A significant number of offenses were also registered in Volyn, Lviv, Odesa, and Chernihiv regions, which indicates the nationwide scale of the problem.
“In 2022, five such incidents were recorded, in 2023, thirty-eight”, — noted representatives of the National Police.
The dynamics indicate a sharp escalation of conflicts over the past two years. If in 2024, 118 cases were recorded, then in 2025 their number increased almost threefold, amounting to 341 incidents. The trend remains disappointing this year, as more than 100 cases of physical resistance or attacks on representatives of the CCC have already been registered since the beginning of 2026.
“In 2024, one hundred and eighteen cases of attacks on representatives of the CCC were recorded, in 2025 the total number of incidents was three hundred and forty-one”, the department emphasized.
The tragic incident that occurred last week in Lviv gained particular resonance. There, while performing a duty, a serviceman received a fatal knife wound. The attacker turned out to be a customs officer, who was promptly detained by law enforcement officers. The suspect is currently in custody without bail, and the investigation continues under the close supervision of state institutions.
The growing level of aggression in society requires law enforcement agencies to strengthen security measures and respond promptly to any manifestations of violence. Servicemen, who often have combat experience and are transferred to the CCK after injuries, find themselves under threat in the rear. State structures call on citizens to adhere to the rule of law and remember about criminal liability for obstructing the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
