Prince Harry visited Ukraine and met with wounded soldiers

During his visit to Ukraine, Prince Harry visited wounded Ukrainian soldiers in Lviv. It was his first visit to Ukraine since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Russia, informs The Telegraph.

As part of the trip, which took place on April 10, the Duke of Sussex arrived at the Superhumans Center in Lviv, a specialized medical facility that helps military personnel wounded in the war free of charge.

Prince Harry, who was accompanied by four veterans during the visit, met with patients of the clinic, which deals with prosthetics, reconstructive surgery and psychological rehabilitation. He also had a conversation with the Minister of Veterans Affairs Natalia Kalmykova.

Lviv, despite its relative distance from the front line, repeatedly became the target of Russian missile attacks. In this regard, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Great Britain urges its citizens to refrain from trips to the city, unless they are critically necessary.

We will remind that Prince Harry has ten years of service experience in the British army, in particular in Afghanistan. In 2022, together with his wife Meghan, he issued a statement condemning Russia’s attack on Ukraine.
