PrivatBank, the largest Ukrainian bank by assets, has announced the launch of ticket sales for European railway routes. About this reported bank press office.
From now on, Ukrainian travelers will be able to purchase tickets to popular destinations of leading railway operators in Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic directly through the PrivatBank platform. All information is available in Ukrainian, payment is made with a PrivatBank card, and the support service works around the clock.
“This is a new service in Ukraine that offers more opportunities for traveling and removes barriers that Ukrainians often face abroad: the language barrier, the variety of European platforms and difficulties in finding train tickets”, says the message.
It is also noted that PrivatBank resumed the sale of railway tickets in the “Privat 24” application after Ukrzaliznytsia eliminated the consequences of a cyber attack on its services.
“We strive to provide maximum comfort to our customers, regardless of where they are. With our new service, they can forget about the language barrier or difficulties with unfamiliar platforms” – emphasized Dmytro Musienko, a member of the board of PrivatBank in charge of retail business.
