Roman Malyutin was officially appointed as the head of Ukrtransgaz for three years
JSC "Ukrtransgaz" is part of the "Naftogaz" Group, which ensures the operation of underground gas storage facilities.

Naftogaz of Ukraine has approved Roman Malyutin as the general director of Ukrtransgaz. The three-year contract with him began on July 31, according to decision, published on the “Ukrtransgaz” website.
“Ukrtransgaz” is responsible for the operation of gas storage facilities and main gas pipelines. Since January 2023, after the dismissal of Serhiy Pereloma, Roman Malyutin has been the acting general director of Ukrtransgaz. Prior to his appointment as company chairman, Malyutin headed the technical department of Ukrtransgaz for a year and a half.
JSC “Ukrtransgaz” is part of the “Naftogaz” Group. The company ensures the operation of underground gas storage facilities, as well as the modernization and construction of main gas pipelines and facilities on them. The company owns 12 underground gas storage facilities located throughout Ukraine. Their total capacity is 31 billion cubic meters. m, which is commensurate with the volumes of the PSG of Italy, France, Hungary and Austria combined.
“Ukrtransgaz” also includes branches that provide comprehensive service, construction and overhaul of facilities in the gas transportation industry. The company is actively engaged in infrastructure modernization, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of gas transportation and storage in Ukraine.
The appointment of Roman Malyutin to the position of general director is an important step in the development of the company and further ensuring the stability of the gas transportation system of Ukraine.
