“Preliminarily, an attack by two anti-aircraft vehicles was carried out in the central part of Kharkiv, Shevchenkivskyi district, a residential building. An anti-aircraft vehicle hit a high-rise building. There is information that people are trapped under the rubble. The second hit is a civilian enterprise.”, says the message.
According to law enforcement officers, the bomb hit near a multi-story building. About 15 cars caught fire on the spot. It is reported that three people were injured, information about possible other victims is currently being clarified.
Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration clarified, that the number of people injured as a result of shelling in Kharkiv increased to 16 people. Among them is a 10-year-old girl who had an acute stress reaction.
“All specialized services are already working at the sites of shelling. Medical teams are taking turns,” he added.
