The building of a medical institution and administrative
and administrative buildings were also damaged. According to preliminary information, there are five victims.
The aggressor country is shelling civilian infrastructure again. This time
the Russians are encroaching on world heritage! Will the international community remain silent about this?”
Volodymyr Tymoshko, head of the Kharkiv police, said:
“One of the KABs hit the premises of the State Industrial Complex, a building that the Nazis failed to destroy in World War II, and now the Russians are trying to destroy it. Administrative offices and civilian offices are located in this building. The hit was in the entrance where the economic court is located, the bomb hit the office of one of the judges. This is a civilian facility, it has no military significance.”
“There have been explosions around our building before, but only the windows were damaged. Now, of course, the damage is more significant, there is a lot of damage. We will start sewing up the windows, covering what is damaged.
The wall is completely destroyed, the ceiling above the third floor is destroyed, the second floor, the window below it, is broken, destroyed. I never thought I would have to work in this building for many years, but I love this building. It‘s offensive to the point of tears,’ said Nikolay Chekhunov, director of Derzhprom.
