The Cabinet of Ministers left the electricity tariff for the population unchanged until the end of October

The electricity tariff for household consumers will not be revised until the end of October 2026. This was announced by Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko.

From June 1, 2024, the cost of electricity for the population will be 4.32 UAH/kWh.

The government has extended the current tariff until the end of October 2026. Therefore, the price of electricity will remain unchanged.

Svyrydenko also noted that a preferential tariff is provided for households where electricity is the main source of heating – houses and apartments with electric heating, as well as apartment buildings that are not connected to gas supply and centralized or autonomous heating systems.

For such consumers, the tariff of UAH 2.64 per kWh will apply from October 1 to April 30, provided that consumption exceeds 2,000 kWh per month. If consumption exceeds this amount, the price will be UAH 4.32 per kWh.
