According to the monitors, the Russians attacked Kharkiv with anti-aircraft gunships, preceded by warnings from the Air Force.
The strikes hit the Kyiv district of Kharkiv. A private house and three cars were damaged.
In Dergachi, a guided aerial bomb hit the territory of a private enterprise in Dergachi.
The shelling caused a fire. Two civilians working as security guards were injured. A 39-year-old man sustained shrapnel wounds with glass, and a 64-year-old man suffered an acute stress reaction. The health condition of both victims is satisfactory.
Another 42-year-old civilian man was near the enterprise. He suffered an acute stress reaction. He received medical assistance on the spot.
Investigative teams and explosive experts are collecting evidence of crimes related to Russia’s military aggression at the sites of the hits.
Investigators have opened criminal proceedings over violations of the laws and customs of war under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.

On the night of 31 October, the Russian military hit a panelised high-rise building in Kharkiv with an air strike, and several central floors of one of the entrances collapsed. At least 36 people were injured or concussed, and three, including two children aged 12 and 15, were killed.
