Russian troops captured three more villages and advanced towards Pokrovska
Analysts of the DeepState project reported new losses of territory on the front. According to their data, Russian troops captured the settlements of Balagan, Solodke, and Zatyshshya. They also reported on the advance of Russian troops in Pokrovsk and in the areas near Novoekonomichesky and Gulyaipol.
DeepState estimated that during November the Russian army captured 505 square kilometers of Ukrainian territory. At the same time, about 40% of all recorded offensive successes of the Russians fell on the Gulyaipol area in the Zaporizhia region.
Against these reports, the Ukrainian News Agency “Vostok” noted that as of the morning of December 3, the Defense Forces are providing additional logistical routes to support units in Pokrovsk and Myrnograd, where fighting is ongoing. On the same day, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that over the past 24 hours, Ukrainian defenders in the Pokrovsk direction repelled 52 enemy assault actions in the areas of Volodymyrivka, Mayak, Rodynske, Chervonyi Lyman, Novoekonomichny, Pokrovsk, Kotlyny, Vdali, Molodetsky, Dachny and in the direction of Novopavlivka.
At the same time, the head of the NSDC Center for Countering Disinformation Andriy Kovalenko reported that attempts by Russian troops to capture Hulyaipole in the Zaporizhia direction had failed.
