Since the beginning of the year, 4,000 Ukrainian families have received mortgage loans under the “eOselya” program

The Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine, Nadia Bihun, reported that since the beginning of 2024, 4 thousand Ukrainian families have used the “eOsel” program and received mortgage loans in the total amount of UAH 6.7 billion. Most of them will buy apartments, and 161 families will buy private houses.

In general, more than 10,000 families received mortgage loans for the total amount of UAH 16 billion during the period of the program. Only last week, 291 loans for UAH 510 million were issued. Among the borrowers are military personnel, security forces, educators, doctors and scientists who received loans at 3%, as well as Ukrainians without their own housing, internally displaced persons and veterans who received loans at 7%.

The most popular choice among program participants is housing on the secondary market (207 credits). Also, 84 loans were issued for the purchase of housing from the developer, in particular, before the completion of construction.

Residents of Kyiv region (92) and Kyiv (57), as well as Odesa (17), Vinnytsia (16) and Lviv (15) regions took the most active mortgage loans.
