Syrskyi announced the start of a new training program for instructors of training centers

On February 1, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces Oleksandr Syrskyi announced on the launch of an updated program for training instructors for training centers and the expansion of successful training practices in military units.
According to Syrskyi, the extension of the basic course of combined military training to 1.5 months instead of 30 days showed positive results.
“At this stage, we have feedback from the brigades about improving the readiness of newcomers. We will continue to implement this positive practice and strengthen it with a further adaptive course in military units.”, – noted the head.
According to him, the level of psychological training needs to be improved, so this direction will be strengthened. Syrskyi also announced the introduction of a new approach to instructor training. In particular, the duration of training will be increased from one to two months, and the program itself and teaching methods will be expanded.
The Commander-in-Chief noted the positive effect of the basic combined military training (BZVP) as part of combat units. This practice will now be applied in all units of the Armed Forces.
“Conducting the BZVP course at the brigade’s facilities makes it possible to achieve a higher level of personnel training. This makes it possible to carry out quality control on the spot; to ensure the strengthening of skills in working with weapons and military equipment; to improve the coordination of the team and the adoption of the military traditions of the military unit; to significantly reduce the cases of SCD during preparation”, – emphasized Syrskyi.
