The Appeals Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice has put the former Deputy General Director of “Ukrinmash” on the international wanted list.
On October 20, 2025, the Appellate Chamber of the Supreme Administrative Court of Ukraine supported the position of the SAPO prosecutor and declared the former Deputy General Director of the company “Ukrinmash” on the international wanted list. He is accused in the case of embezzlement of almost 3.5 million UAH of funds from two state-owned enterprises. According to the information of the Judicial and Legal Gazette, it concerns Konstantin Cherednichenko.
In addition, the Administrative Board of the VAKS granted the prosecutor’s request and decided to transfer the bail in the amount of UAH 3,404,000 to the state revenue.
The court also determined a preventive measure in the form of detention for the former official of “Ukrinmash” After the suspect is detained and transported to the place of pre-trial investigation, the court will make a final decision on the application of this preventive measure.
During the investigation, which was carried out by NABU detectives under the procedural guidance of SAPO prosecutors, it was established that in 2014–2016, the management and individual officials of the State Enterprise State Industrial and Commercial Enterprise “Ukrinmash”, together with representatives of a foreign company that was supposed to ensure the conclusion and implementation of foreign economic agreements, organized the groundless signing of contracts, the execution of knowingly false acts of work performed, and the subsequent illegal transfer of funds.
As a result, the state-owned enterprise suffered losses in the amount of almost UAH 3.5 million – this is exactly how much was illegally transferred under the indicated agreements.
