The Cabinet of Ministers allowed ARMA to sell confiscated bonds for UAH 1.8 billion

On March 14, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine allowed the Agency for Search and Asset Management (ARMA) to sell confiscated bonds in the amount of 1.8 billion hryvnias. About this reported Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal during the government meeting.

“We are adopting a decision according to which ARMA will sell the bonds confiscated by the court in the amount of almost UAH 1.8 billion. Further, these funds will be transferred to the budget and sent to the Fund for the Restoration of our State”, the message says.

According to Denys Shmyhal, work on the confiscation of assets is being conducted not only abroad, but also in Ukraine. Tens of billions of hryvnias of sanctioned persons, Russian banks and companies have already been sent to the budget by the government.

We will remind that in November 2024, the Agency for Search and Management of Assets searched for the assets of the employees of the former MSEK, who became involved in criminal cases. They were going to be confiscated for the benefit of the state.
