The Cabinet of Ministers made a decision on the automatic registration of Ukrainians in the military register
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine adopted a decision on the automatic registration of conscripts for military registration. This is reports the press service of the Ministry of Defense.
According to the changes, young men who have reached the age of 17 do not need to attend the TCC and pass the VLK for military registration, which previously took place annually from January 1 to July 31. Now they will be able to sign up remotely through the application “Rezerv+” – in the electronic account of a conscript, conscript or reservist.
Persons between the ages of 25 and 60, who are not on the military register without legal grounds, will be placed on it automatically. The procedure for deregistration of citizens who have reached the maximum age of being in the reserve has also been automated.
Heads of state bodies, local self-government bodies, enterprises and institutions are obliged to make appropriate marks in the lists of personal military records within 7 days after the employee reaches the age limit.
“Automation of military accounting is another step towards creating a modern electronic TCC. Thanks to digital tools, we eliminate unnecessary bureaucracy, reduce the burden on TCCs and joint ventures, make the system more efficient, and the processes simple, convenient, and transparent for citizens, said Artem Romanyukov, head of the Digital Transformation Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
