The company of the deputy from Odesa is buying a company controlled by Kernes’ entourage
"Parking+" LLC ranked third in the Top-30 road contractors in 2022-2023 with the amount of UAH 8.54 billion.
The Antimonopoly Committee gave permission to “Rostdorstroy” LLC to purchase a share in the authorized capital of “Parking+” LLC, which makes it possible to exceed 50 percent of the votes in the company’s top management body. This is stated in messages AMCU press service.
The company’s website states that “Parking+” LLC was founded in Kharkiv. His specialization is the production of asphalt concrete mixtures, bituminous emulsion, modified bitumen and turnkey execution of all types of road surface devices.
The beneficiaries of Odesa “Rostdorstroy” through the Austrian-registered company “Yuttema AU GmbH” are Yevgen Konovalov and Yuriy Schumacher, a deputy of the Odesa City Council from the “Trust the Works” party of the city’s Gennady Trukhanov.
The publication “Our Money” reported that this firm took third place among the Top 30 road contractors in 2022-2023 with the amount of UAH 8.54 billion.
From the moment it appeared on the tenders, the “Parking +” company was under the control of the entourage of the mayor of Kharkiv, Gennady Kernes. Already after his death, his share in the company passed to his stepson Rodion Gaisynskyi.
As of the beginning of 2021, the founders of the company were Haysynskyi, Lyubov Fionova, as well as the Chinese company Dragon Investment Development Limited. After that, Roman Bykov became a co-founder instead of Fionova. He founded the Kharkiv organization of the party “Trust the works” of Gennady Kernes and the mayor of Odesa, Gennady Trukhanov. In October 2021, Kernes’ stepson left the founding members of “Parking+”.
