The Customs Service recorded record revenues to the State Budget for the entire duration of martial law
In December 2025, the State Customs Service of Ukraine transferred 75 billion hryvnias in customs payments to the State Budget. This was reported by the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
This figure exceeded the result of November by 13.1 billion hryvnias and became the highest monthly volume of revenues for the entire period of martial law in Ukraine.
The positive dynamics continued throughout 2025. In total, according to the results of the year, 716.1 billion hryvnias in customs payments were sent to the State Budget. This is 124.4 billion hryvnias, or 21%, more than in the same period in 2024.
The State Customs Service notes that the stable growth in revenues indicates the resilience of Ukrainian business, which continues to operate and replenish the State Budget in wartime conditions.
For comparison, in November 2025, customs authorities secured revenues of 61.9 billion hryvnias, which is 10.6 billion hryvnias more than in November of the previous year. In October, the volume of customs payments amounted to 67 billion hryvnias, which is 13 billion hryvnias, or 24%, higher than in October 2024. In September, the State Budget received 66.7 billion hryvnia in customs payments, which provided an annual growth of 27.4%.
