The “Diya” application launches a beta test of the remote execution of court decisions service

The “Diya” application is launching a beta test of a new service that allows you to receive and submit enforcement documents completely online. From now on, the process of executing court decisions will become simpler, faster and more transparent for citizens. This was reported by the “Diya” press service.

“Diya” is launching a beta test of a service for digitally receiving and submitting enforcement documents. Now the process of executing court decisions has become as convenient and transparent as possible,” the press service noted.

An enforcement document is an official basis for the enforcement of a court decision — in particular, regarding the collection of funds, property, or the debtor’s obligation to take certain actions. Previously, this required going to court in person, preparing paper applications, and spending time in queues. Now users can issue a document remotely, automatically fill out an application, and track the status of the decision’s execution directly on their smartphone.

To test the service and improve its work, the “Diya” team invites those interested to join the beta testing. Citizens of Ukraine who have a taxpayer registration card number and a court decision that has entered into legal force and is subject to enforcement can participate. You can join the testing now.

In addition, in the near future, servicemen, veterans and families of fallen defenders will be able to use several state services through the “Diya” portal with a single application. It is also possible to verify Starlink at postal operators’ offices and submit an application for compensation for a civilian car even under already completed insurance policies.
