The government has increased the number of officials reserved from mobilization
The members of the working group were authorized to submit proposals to the head of the Ministry of Defense regarding the increase in the volume of booking of officials.
The government of Ukraine has increased the amount of “armor” against mobilization for officials and employees of state-owned enterprises. About it in your Telegram reported representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk.
“Amendments have been made to the Regulations on the Interdepartmental Working Group on the Organization of Conscription of Conscripted Citizens for Military Service During Mobilization in the Part of Authorizing the Working Group to Submit Proposals to the Minister of Defense Rustem Umierov on Increasing Reservation Volumes,” he wrote.
Among other things, changes are provided for the procedure for booking conscripts from service by state authorities, other state bodies, local self-government bodies and enterprises, institutions and organizations for the period of mobilization and for the period of wartime.
As of now in Ukraine, individual entrepreneurs (FOP) do not have the opportunity to get a reservation for themselves or their employees. The possibility to make a reservation will be provided only in the case of the adoption of a special draft law on economic reservations. However, even then, FOPs will have to meet certain criteria.
