The Government of Ukraine launched special conditions for creative entrepreneurs under the program “Own business”

The Cabinet of Ministers launched special conditions for creative entrepreneurs within the program “Own business”. This was reported by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko.

“Own Business” — one of the most effective government programs to support small and medium-sized businesses. During the three years of her work, 28,000 Ukrainians received grants for starting or developing their own business. The program also actively supports veterans — combatants received more than 2,000 grants, says the message.

According to the government’s decision, representatives of creative businesses can now count on state grant support:

  • 100,000 UAH — for freelancers-FOPs;
  • 200,000 UAH — for a business that creates 1 workplace;
  • UAH 500,000 — on the condition of creating 2 jobs and 70/30 co-financing;
  • 1 million hryvnias — on condition of creation of 4 jobs and 70/30 co-financing.

“The program covers the film and video industry, libraries, museums, theaters, architecture, design, media, photography, game and software development, PR and advertising, individual artistic activities, for example, the production of unique folk art crafts and others, – noted Svyridenko.

We remind you that on July 22, the Cabinet of Ministers expanded the program “Own business”, which allows Ukrainians to receive up to UAH 1 million for the opening or development of private kindergartens.
