“Ukraine will help all efforts to stabilize Syria. We will set up the “Grain from Ukraine” program to cooperate with the Syrian administration and all partners who are ready to support. We will communicate with Europeans and America so that support is as strong as possible.” Zelensky emphasized.
The President noted that cooperation with Europe and the United States will be strengthened within the framework of this program to ensure maximum support and efficiency. Ukraine also confirmed its readiness to support Syria with humanitarian food aid, as discussed with the new Syrian government earlier.
We remind you that the “Grain from Ukraine” initiative is part of a broader strategy that includes the opening of grain hubs in African countries. According to Zelenskyi, this will help to expand opportunities for exporting Ukrainian agricultural products, promote food security, and strengthen economic ties with other regions.
