The head of BEB plans to hire students after graduation

The head of the Bureau of Economic Security (BEB) Oleksandr Tsyvinskyi said that positions for students will be created in the structure of the department. About this he told during the event of Radio NV “Ukraine as a brand”.

“We will have a separate track – work with students. We see the possibility of our team creating appropriate positions in analytical units, detectives, as well as in other units where students can be assigned immediately after completing their studies”, – Tsivinskyi explained.

According to him, after graduation, students who pass the competition and are approved by the management will be able to continue working at BEB.

Expanding the staff and forming new units is one of the key tasks that the new head plans to implement during the year. In addition, he intends to build the activity of the bureau on an analytical approach, for which the number of employees of the corresponding unit will be increased.

Currently, according to Tsyvinskyi, BEB has 1,244 employees, although the law provides for a staff of 4,000. Existing employees will undergo re-certification, for which the department has 18 months. After that, decisions will be made regarding further cooperation with the staff.

“The recertification process is always not easy. At the same time, I expect that we will ensure maximum objectivity, transparency and respect for everyone who works at BEB. Of course, some people will leave these walls. But I hope that most of them will stay and continue to work, added Oleksandr Tsyvinskyi.
