The Ministry of Defense codified the “anti-drone pistol”
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine officially codified and allowed the use of the domestic “anti-drone gun” in the Armed Forces. The device is designed to suppress control signals and video broadcasts of enemy drones. About this informs press service of the Ministry of Defense.
The new electronic warfare tool was codified and put into operation in the Armed Forces. It is a compact individual device that creates electromagnetic interference, blocking the control and video communication channels of enemy drones.
The “anti-drone gun” has a monolithic body, weighs a little more than one kilogram and is designed to be used directly by the military on the front line. The Ministry of Defense emphasized that the device has successfully passed all necessary tests and will soon be transferred to combat units.
We will remind that on April 11, in Ukraine, the domestically produced unmanned aerial vehicle “Rarog-10” was officially codified and allowed to be used in the Armed Forces. The FPV drones of this complex are built on reinforced lightweight carbon frames, which provide high strength and the ability to withstand significant loads during high-speed maneuvers. Drones are equipped with powerful electric motors, which increases their efficiency during combat missions.
