The Ministry of Defense codified the new Ukrainian-made FPV drones ZEUS and HADES
The Ministry of Defense officially codified and allowed the use of the ZEUS and HADES unmanned aerial systems developed by Ukrainian manufacturers in units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. About this reported in the Main Department of Life Cycle Support for Weapons and Military Equipment.
“Maneuverable FPV-copters of these complexes have frames of different sizes. Thanks to engine settings and an advanced control system, they can catch up and hit enemy vehicles moving at high speed. They can hit field fortifications, armored vehicles, and enemy manpower. The aircraft are insensitive to the effects of enemy electronic warfare equipment.”, says the message.
We will remind that within the framework of the pilot project launched in December last year under the general coordination of the Main Department of Defense Innovations of the Ministry of Defense, the state got the opportunity to manufacture codified FPV drones.
According to the tripartite agreement, the private developer granted a license for the production of drones on the basis of one of the state-owned enterprises subordinated to the Ministry of Defense.
