The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine presented another digital product – “Army+”. This is a chatbot in the Telegram messenger. In the department itself, he is presented as a consultant for conscripts, military personnel and their families.
“A new chatbot created to provide support to military personnel, civilians and their families has been launched in Ukraine. The “Army+” chatbot is available at the link https://t.me/UAForces_bot and offers prompt answers to a wide range of questions. To get the necessary information or advice, it is enough to go to the link and select the appropriate category of questions”. – noted in the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
The bot contains information about types of military service, citizen registration, recruiting, reservations, deferments from service, military medical commissions, TCC, etc. Military personnel can find here data on financial support, status of a participant in hostilities, benefits, get advice on restoring documents, etc.
For the relatives of servicemen, information and counseling is available on how to act in the event of the disappearance of a serviceman or in a situation where he was captured. The chatbot also has data on benefits and payments for families of military personnel.
