The Ministry of Economy expanded the list of Ukrainian industrial equipment with 15% compensation
The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine has expanded the list of Ukrainian industrial machinery and equipment, the purchase of which is compensated by the state for 15% of the value without VAT. The program is implemented within the framework of the development policy of manufacturers “Made in Ukraine”.
“This is the first update to the list since the government’s August decision to expand the program. The list of Ukrainian equipment has increased by 92 positions and now includes 656 items from 28 enterprises. The expansion of the list means more options for special equipment for communities, a wider choice of equipment for business and new additional orders for Ukrainian machine builders, noted Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine Andrii Telyupa.
Four new enterprises were added to the list: LLC “ Oleksandriyskiy plant of lifting and transport equipment” (Kirovohrad region), LLC “KHARKIV TRAKTOR ENGINEERING” (Kharkiv region), LLC “ELIZ” (Zaporizhia) and LLC “ Kyiv VET Plant” (Kyiv). Among the new items are transformers of various capacities, mobile jib cranes, bridge cranes and the MR.5100 demining machine.
25 Ukrainian banks are currently involved in the implementation of the program. Earlier, on August 4, the government decided to expand the program — then the list of equipment was supplemented with new technical names, and utility companies were included among the recipients.
The partial compensation program has been in effect since September 2024 and provides for reimbursement of 15% of the cost of equipment produced in Ukraine with a localization level of at least 40%. The list of equipment available for purchase with compensation is published on the website of the Ministry of Economy.
Manufacturers who want to join the program should check whether their products are included in the relevant list, as well as submit an electronic application to the address [email protected] with documents confirming the degree of localization, cost calculation and calculation of the specific weight of labor costs. Financial reporting for the previous four quarters is mandatory.
All details regarding the submission of applications, localization calculation formulas and document requirements are determined by CMU Resolution No. 952 — “ Procedure for the implementation of an experimental project on partial compensation of the cost of domestically produced machinery and equipment within the framework of the All-Ukrainian economic platform “Made in Ukraine”” with applications. After verification and confirmation of compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Economy, the manufacturer’s products can be included in the official list.
