The Ministry of Economy has updated the catalog of industrial parks
The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine has updated the catalog of industrial parks — an online resource that helps businesses and investors find optimal locations with ready-made infrastructure and favorable conditions for placing production.
The catalog contains key information about all registered industrial parks of the country: specialization, availability of communications and transport networks, tax, customs and other incentives, as well as data on the location, area and contacts of the initiators. According to estimates, one hectare of industrial park creates about 50 new jobs, and every dollar of public investment attracts an average of six dollars of private capital.
“Despite all the challenges, Ukraine continues to create a favorable environment for investors. 106 industrial parks have already been registered. In 2024, 13 applicants received financing on escrow accounts for a total of UAH 925.05 million. Park participants have the opportunity to take advantage of state incentives – exemption from VAT and customs payments on the import of equipment, a 10-year exemption from income tax under the condition of reinvestment, as well as reduced rates on land and real estate,” noted Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine Vitaly Kindrativ.
Industrial parks remain one of the priority directions of the state policy of stimulating production and attracting investments within the framework of the “Made in Ukraine” program. The updated catalogue should make the process of finding investment locations more convenient and transparent.
