The Ministry of Economy integrates the “Pulse” widget for feedback between business and the state
The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine continues digital transformation in interaction of the state with business. From now on, entrepreneurs can directly report obstacles in their activities through the “Pulse” widget. on the website of the Ministry of Economy and on the portal of electronic services of the ministry.
“Pulse” is a digital feedback tool between business and government that allows:
- leave appeals regarding barriers to business operation,
- to analyze problems by regions and sectors of the economy,
- ensure prompt response of the authorities and development of solutions.
The State Tax Service was the first among state institutions to introduce such a format of digital communication with business, which significantly expanded the number of system users. In the widget format, entrepreneurs can quickly rate and leave a comment without leaving their online office.
At the same time, in six regions of Ukraine, “Pulse” functions as a full-fledged CRM system for processing appeals. This allows regional military administrations not only to receive signals from business, but also to systematically work with them — to analyze, transfer to responsible bodies, monitor reactions and form analytics for decision-making.
“A real partnership between business and the state is not only about convenience, but also about responsibility and constant interaction. Business participates, speaks directly and persistently about what is not working. The state, for its part, is obliged to listen and act. “Pulse” is a tool that unites us on this path of change. Without involvement from both sides, there will be no systemic solutions, stressed Oleksandr Tsybort, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization.
Now access to the tool has been expanded — it has become part of the website of the Ministry of Economy. Comments from entrepreneurs help the ministry to see systemic problems and collect data that is immediately used to develop solutions in real time.
