The police discovered dozens of schemes for the illegal export of men abroad and handed over suspicions
In 19 regions of Ukraine, law enforcement officers uncovered dozens of schemes aimed at illegally transporting men abroad. Suspicions have already been served on all those involved, informs National Police.
“Law enforcement officers exposed dozens of criminal schemes in 19 regions. Among the perpetrators are mainly private entrepreneurs who provided false information to enter information into the Shlyah system, as well as sections that organized a “business” for transporting men of military age to bypass border checkpoints.
Also among the exposed persons are the administrators of various messengers who sought out and accepted “orders” from “clients” who wanted to go abroad. – says the message.
During the searches, the law enforcement officers seized documents, including medical documents relating to persons of conscription age, as well as computer equipment, drafts, mobile phones and cash in foreign currency.
The extras have already been charged with several articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, in particular, part 3 of article 332, which concerns the illegal transportation of persons across the state border. They face up to nine years in prison with confiscation of property and a ban on holding certain positions.
