Russia attacked Odesa with attack drones, as a result of which a 41-year-old man died, three more people were injured and hospitalized. About this informs Odesa Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
“The armed forces of the Russian Federation attacked Odesa region with drones, the type and number are being determined. The Odesa district of the region was under attack. As a result of the attack, a 41-year-old man was killed, three others were injured and taken to the hospital. A private house, a private enterprise, the premises of a sports institution, cars and trucks were damaged.” – the message says.
Fires broke out in several places, which were promptly extinguished by rescuers. Law enforcement officers and prosecutors are working at the sites of the attacks, recording the consequences of the shelling. Works on liquidation of the destruction are ongoing.
A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the fact of a war crime that resulted in the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). Pre-trial investigation in criminal proceedings is carried out by investigators of the SBU Office in Odesa region.
