Head of the National Civil Service Agency of Ukraine, Nataliya Alyushina, said that wages in the civil service have already reached a competitive level on the labor market.

“According to Nataliya Alyushina, despite the fact that the reform of the system of payment of civil servants is still ongoing, wages in the civil service are already competitive on the labor market“, the NADS press service said.
According to Alyushina, despite the ongoing reform of the civil servants’ salary system, the salary is already attractive enough for qualified specialists. According to the declaration for the past year, the head of the NADS, Sama Alyushina, earned UAH 1.27 million in 2023 (over UAH 100,000 per month), which confirms her words about competitive remuneration in the public service.
Nataliya Alyushina also recently bought a new car worth 1,462,100 hryvnias.
“We are focused on increasing the transparency, predictability and fairness of wages, strengthening the role of the fixed share and limiting the variable part in the wage structure. It is about updating the salary structure through the classification of positions taking into account the complexity of the work, the level of competence, knowledge and responsibility“, Alyushina noted.
