In particular, investigators are checking whether the safety requirements for personnel were met when the air alert was announced and whether the shelter of the military was properly organized. The investigation is being conducted under Part 4 of Art. 425 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – negligence in military service, committed under martial law. The procedural management of the case is carried out by the Dnipro Specialized Prosecutor’s Office in the Field of Defense of the Eastern Region.
