The State Tax Service has increased the number of scheduled business inspections in 2025
The State Tax Service plans to conduct 4,908 inspections of companies and entrepreneurs in 2025, which is 122 more than the previous schedule predicted. This is reported by Opendatabot.
The main share of inspections will fall on companies – 3881 enterprises (79%), the rest will concern individual entrepreneurs – 1027 FOPs. The busiest month will be December, when 482 inspections are scheduled.
By the end of this year, tax officials should conduct 1,391 inspections, among which 11 will concern companies that are part of large financial and industrial groups, and another 10 businesses related to them. In total, it is planned to check 1,016 companies (73%), 42 financial institutions and non-residents (3%), 268 FOPs (19.3%) and 65 enterprises (4.7%), which have raised questions about the payment of personal income tax, military duty and EUV.
Among the companies that remained in the plan, there are also those that are actually no longer operating: nine are in bankruptcy proceedings, another nine are in a state of cessation of activity, and four are officially closed. The most checks will take place in Kyiv – 219, followed by Dnipropetrovsk Oblast (122, or 11%), Odesa (114, or 10%), Lviv (79, or 7%) and Poltava Oblast (60, or 5.4%).
Among the large companies included in the DPS inspection plan by the end of the year are Kernel-Trade, OKKO-Express, Operator of the GTS of Ukraine, Metinvest-SMC, “Rush”, “Suntrade”, “Samsung Electronics Ukraine Company”, “Omega”, “PivdGZK” and “Dniprostal”.
