“This year, as a government, we plan to attract $39 billion in external funding. This is only for 2025. And of course, we are working with partners to get additional funding and have confidence in 2026. If we are talking about August, then all the planned payments will come on time.”Svyridenko said.
She emphasized that the situation with international aid is under control.
“We, as a government, as a state, will fulfill all social obligations to Ukrainians in full.” – said the head of the government.

Svyridenko clarified that two more indicators are at the final stage of implementation.
“One of them is the adoption in the second reading of the bill on decentralization. And the second is the expansion of the staff of the High Anti-Corruption Court. There is currently a competition for the selection of judges.”, she explained.
In addition, the government expects that the Verkhovna Rada will consider changes to the state budget in the near future, which will fully cover the needs of the military.
“We plan to add more than UAH 400 billion to finance the security and defense sector,” – concluded the head of the government.
