Three people died as a result of Russian shelling in the Kherson region
On August 27, three people were killed in the Kherson region as a result of Russian shelling. This was reported by the head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration Oleksandr Prokudin.
“Around 09:00, Russian terrorists shelled a farm in Novovorontsovka with artillery. As a result of the enemy attack, two workers were mortally wounded: a 45-year-old man and a 40-year-old woman. My condolences to the relatives and friends of the dead, Prokudin noted.
He also reported on one more victim among the residents of Beryslav District as a result of a drone strike:
“Occupation forces attacked a 78-year-old man with an anti-aircraft missile on the outskirts of the city of Beryslav. He received fatal injuries.
During the day, Antonivka, Molodizhne, Sadove, Prydniprovske, Naddniprianske, Oleksandrivka, Stanislav, Sofiivka, Shiroka Balka, Bilozerka, Dniprovske, Kizomys, Mykilske, Poniativka, Tokarivka, Klapaia, Berislav, Zmiivka, Shlyakhove, Tomarine, were attacked by Russian drones and artillery. Rakivka, Borozenske, Novoraysk, Chervyn Mayak, Dudchany, Novovorontsovka, Osokorivka, Novooleksandrivka, Mykhailivka, Tyaginka, Mykolaivka, Odradokam’yanka, Olhivka, Vesele, Kozatske and Kherson.
The troops of the Russian Federation struck critical and social infrastructure and residential quarters of populated areas. As a result of shelling, three high-rise buildings, five private houses and several cars were damaged. As a result of the Russian attacks, 11 people were injured.
