Ukraine does not use US aid for attacks on Russia, – Pentagon

The United States does not provide Ukraine with any aid that could be used for attacks on Russian territory, Pentagon spokesman Patrick Ryder said during briefing.

The aid we provide to Ukraine is intended to help them defend their sovereign territory and regain their sovereign territory. We do not provide any assistance for use outside of this”, – assured Ryder.

This statement was made in response to journalists’ questions about attacks by Ukrainian drones on oil refineries in Russia.

I suggest you ask the Ukrainian side about these strikes”, – added Ryder.

We will remind that the United States is one of the largest suppliers of military aid to Ukraine. Since the start of the full-scale Russian invasion, the US has provided over $30 billion in aid to Ukraine.

Important points:

  • The US does not provide aid to Ukraine for attacks on Russia.
