A unified approach has begun to operate in Ukraine, which allows businesses to quickly change the purpose of agricultural land plots. This was reported by Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Economic Development Dmytro Kysylevsky.
According to him, taking into account the need to build new energy facilities by next winter, a simplified mechanism will help resolve many issues for those communities that are working to strengthen energy independence.
Now the procedure for changing the purpose of agricultural land for the location of industrial and energy facilities lasts from one and a half to two months, while previously it took from one to three years.
“To make the simplified procedure equally convenient in all regions of Ukraine, my team and I have prepared methodological materials. This is literally a step-by-step algorithm of actions, which includes all stages of passing the simplified procedure for changing the purpose of a land plot from submitting an application to issuing a reasoned opinion,” the People’s Deputy noted.
The simplified procedure is focused on the development of the real sector of the economy and the reconstruction of infrastructure. It will operate during martial law, as well as for five years after its end.
