Ukrainian Armed Forces drones damaged the Belgorod Dam: 4 Russian Army brigades were under threat

UAV drones attacked the Belgorod dam, which led to a sharp rise in the water level in the Seversky Donets River. As a result of the flooding, 4 Russian brigades operating in the Volchansky direction were under threat. This was reported by the commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces, Robert “Magyar” Brovdi.

“Belgorod reservoir cracked today. Since the magic pendulum, the level has fallen by 100 cm so far. The visit was made by birds of the 1st Separate Center of Unmanned Systems Forces (transformed 14th UAS Regiment),” the report says.

According to available information, the drones hit the dam of the Belgorod reservoir directly. The water level has now fallen by more than a meter, the dam itself has suffered significant damage and has begun to leak large volumes of water.

In the area of ​​the village of Grafivka and downstream of the Siversky Donets, dugouts where Russian military personnel were located were flooded. The units of the 128th, 116th, 68th and 136th brigades of the Russian Armed Forces operating in this direction were under threat.

Local authorities confirmed the flooding of ten areas in the Shebekinsky district and announced an evacuation. According to preliminary data, the strike on the dam effectively cut off part of the Russian troops from supplies and possible crossings.
