The Ukrainian-Slovak company Wings&Quadro, which is part of the National Association of the Defense Industry of Ukraine (NAUDI), presented the new Swan-X 20 strike drone.
The Swan-X 20 is a heavy mid-range platform designed to perform special missions in the difficult conditions of modern warfare.
The drone can carry up to 20 kg of combat load and operate at a tactical distance of up to 250 km with the possibility of increasing this indicator to 300 km. The maximum speed of the platform is 160 km/h, and the duration of its stay in the air is up to 95 minutes.
The Swan-X 20 was developed within the framework of Ukrainian-Slovak cooperation and is designed to perform long-range strike missions. This solution combines significant range, maneuverability and the ability to operate effectively in conditions of limited access.
A separate development of a version with a gasoline engine is underway, which will be able to carry up to 50 kg of payload and operate at a distance of over 300 km, which will expand the possibilities of using this platform.
Now the Swan-X 20 is preparing to undergo the codification procedure, which will open the way for further scaling and supply to units of the Defense Forces of Ukraine.
