Ukrainians will be able to see the fine for not updated data in “Diya”: Ministry of Defense

Citizens who have not yet updated their data will have to pay a fine in the amount of UAH 17,000 to 22,000.

In the “Diya” application, you will now be able to find out about fines for untimely updated military registration data. About this reported spokesman of the Ministry of Defense Dmytro Lazutkin on Radio Svoboda.

According to him, notices of fines for non-updated data will appear in the “Diya” application in the same way as notices of fines for speeding.

Lazutkin emphasized that not everyone who did not update their data will be fined immediately. The procedure for imposing fines can take from three months to a year.

We remind you that the deadline for updating military registration data expired on the night of July 16-17. However, it is possible to update the data even after that, but fines are already provided for this.

In addition, after completing the 60-day data update period, it will be possible to do it through the “Rezerv+” application, which is available for download on smartphones through the App Store and Google Play Market, as well as in TCCs and JVs. At the same time, it is no longer possible to do this in TsNAPs.

“For failure to update data, a person faces a fine from 17 to 25.5 thousand hryvnias. The specific amount of the fine will be determined by TCC employees who will consider each case of an administrative offense.”, — noted military lawyer Vitaly Savko for hromadske.
