Ukrnafta continues large-scale digitalization

PJSC “Ukrnafta” continues large-scale digital transformation, introducing a modern ERP system (enterprise resource planning system). About this reported the press service of the company.

“The goal is to automate all key business processes, which will increase the efficiency and transparency of operations, including in the retail direction of the company’s activities.” – noted in “Ukrnafta”.

To date, more than 6,000 users have already been connected to the corporate information system, and the network of “Ukrnafta” gas stations (TM UKRNAFTA), which includes 545 gas stations, has been successfully integrated.

The transformation process began with the automation of personnel accounting and payroll. The next stages were the management of the logistics of oil products and the digitalization of the business processes of the gas station network. One of the key steps was the introduction of end-to-end accounting of fuel and lubricants and their excise accounting.

“ERP allows us to track every liter of fuel – from the moment it arrives at the warehouse to the final refueling of the client’s car.” – said Andriy Bobrov, director of information technologies of “Ukrnafta”.
