On September 8, Ukrposhta introduced an “Express window” in its branches to speed up service for customers who receive parcels and letters. About this reported general director of the company Ihor Smilyanskyi.
“Within the fight against queues, we created an Express window. It will be marked in black and yellow. In it, it will be possible to quickly receive or send a parcel, receive a letter, receive post-payment, – the message says.
According to Smilyanskyi, after the implementation of the new parcel management system, receiving them will take only 30-45 seconds. In addition, packages for sending parcels will be provided free of charge in all branches. All other services — pensions, payments, sending letters, etc. — will be provided in a universal window. In addition, to make it “just as convenient” to send parcels, packages for parcels are now available free of charge in all branches of “Ukrposhta”.

He called on clients to use the company’s services more actively and to “not hesitate to share their impressions”:
“It is important for us to know if everything is to your liking and if it works as it should”.
Smilyanskyi added that during the preparation of this project, the company studied the “nature of queues” in detail, because “sometimes it” a really long procedure”:
“For example, when legal entities or notaries come to send many letters. Sometimes we are visited by those who just want to chat: the grandmother can discuss important matters while receiving her pension, transfer the meter readings, etc.
