Ukrposhta reduces delivery prices to 12 more countries around the world
JSC “Ukrposhta” is expanding the “Small Package PRIME” service to 12 new countries, which will allow Ukrainians to save up to 30% on delivery. This was reported by the press service of Ukrposhta.
“Demand for international shipments from Ukraine is growing. Only to the Philippines, Argentina and the Czech Republic, the number of parcels increased by an average of 20% in six months. In order to meet the needs of exporters, Ukrposhta is expanding the “Small Package PRIME” service to 12 more countries (currently PRIME delivery covers 86 countries around the world). Now you can send a parcel at this rate to the Philippines, Argentina, Czech Republic, Uzbekistan, Qatar, Bolivia, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Zambia, Paraguay, Mongolia and Azerbaijan, the message says.
The updated tariff package will allow Ukrainians to save up to 30% on delivery. For example, entrepreneurs often send small goods abroad – hair accessories or jewelry weighing up to 100 g. If previously delivery by registered small package to the Czech Republic cost $7.26, now PRIME shipment will cost only $5.5.
The PRIME service was created for small and medium-sized businesses that cooperate with international clients. It provides full tracking of the shipment until delivery, address delivery without a signature, free returns in case of non-delivery and payment only by actual weight.
The expansion of PRIME is another step in the development of Ukrposhta’s international services. In October, the company reduced delivery rates to the USA by $1.5–2 and increased the maximum weight of PRIME shipments from 2 to 5 kg for the UK and several other countries.
“We want Ukrainian businesses to work with customers around the world more easily and profitably. PRIME is about affordable logistics, speed and new opportunities for exporters”, Ukrposhta added.
