The State Service of Ukraine for Transport Safety completely terminated the licenses of 21 carriers from March 23 to 27, 2026. The reason was the entry in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Organizations of a record of state registration of termination of activity. This was reported by Ukrtransbezpeka.
The relevant orders of the service on the termination of licenses are published on the official website. These are Order No. 627 of March 24, 2026 and Order No. 649 of March 26, 2026.
The largest number of suspended licenses concerns international transportation of goods by trucks, with the exception of transportation of dangerous goods and hazardous waste – 12 cases. This is followed by domestic passenger transportation by taxi – 5 licenses, as well as domestic passenger transportation by passenger cars on order – 3 licenses.
By regional distribution, the largest number of suspended licenses was recorded in the Kharkiv region – 4. The second place was taken by the Kyiv region with 3 cases, and the third – by the Volyn region with 2.
It is separately indicated that some of the information concerns licensees whose data was not updated in the Unified Comprehensive Information System. This category also includes passenger transportation by taxi, passenger cars on order, bus transportation and international freight transportation.
In general, this decision concerns 21 carriers and was made due to the termination of their state registration.
In the period from February 9 to 13, 2026, “Ukrtransbezpeka” completely terminated the licenses of 81 carriers due to the presence of information in the Unified State Register about the termination of state registration. The largest number of such licenses was terminated in the Lviv region — 11.
