Businessman Timur Mindich is associated with 17 legal entities in Ukraine, but only nine of them remain active. Such data made publicYouControl service.
YouControl analysts examined open information regarding Timur Mindich and Oleksandr Zukerman, against whom sanctions have been imposed for a period of three years.
Timur Mindich is an individual entrepreneur with a type of activity “Distribution of films and videos”. He is connected to 17 Ukrainian companies. Two of them – “Mega Brand” and “Megatona” – were liquidated in 2019. Mindich’s partner in the company “Megatona” was Petro Palytsia, who, according to the publication Dilova Stolytsia, is considered the father of MP Ihor Palytsia.
Among the active companies, there are nine with a total revenue of UAH 218.6 million in 2024. In particular:
- Kvartal 95 — 120.8 million UAH
- “Drive Production” — UAH 42.7 million
- “Quarter TV” – 22.5 million UAH
- “Stadium Family” — UAH 14.4 million
- “Quartzite DM” – 10.4 million UAH
- “Vizhn Kvartal TV” – 5.3 million UAH
- “Kinostolytsia” — 2.5 million UAH
- “Sky Food Services” — 1,200 UAH
- “Coffee Bar Plus” — 300 UAH
Two companies — ZNVKIF “Genesis” and “Next Line Production” — reported zero income. Four more — “Good Looking”, BO “Kyiv Tora Center”, “Control Service” and “Interregional Trade and Industrial Company MTK” — did not submit financial statements for 2024 at all.
Joint businesses with Mindich include Serhiy Shefir (former presidential aide) and Gennady Bogolyubov, the former co-owner of PrivatBank, who has also been under NSDC sanctions since February 2025.
Mindich is a beneficiary of the British company Meylor Global LLP and a co-owner of the Luxembourg-based Mineral Assets Corporation SA. Until December 2024, this company was a member of the Russian New Diamond Technology, which produces synthetic diamonds. Mindich’s partner in Mineral Assets Corporation SA is a Russian citizen, Teimuraz Khikhinashvili.
