Zelensky removed Yermak from the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Headquarters and the National Security and Defense Council

Andriy Yermak is no longer a member of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief’s Headquarters and the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine.

Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed the relevant decrees, which updated the personal composition of both bodies. Decree No. 902/2025 provides for amendments to the document of February 24, 2022, which established the Headquarters, – Yermak has been officially removed from this composition. The basis for this decision was the proposal of the National Security and Defense Council, in accordance with Article 8 of the Law “On Defense of Ukraine”.

At the same time, another document appeared – decree No. 901/2025, which changes the composition of the National Security and Defense Council. It determines that Andriy Yermak is no longer included in the list of NSDC members. This decree amends the document dated July 19, 2025 No. 501/2025.

It was previously reported that former presidential press secretary Yulia Mendel claimed that Andriy Yermak had a serious influence on Volodymyr Zelensky and often provided him with distorted information.
