A course for military personnel on digital transformation in the Defense Forces has been launched in the “Army+” application

A new nine-lesson training course for military personnel dedicated to digital transformation in the Defense Forces has become available in the “Army+” application. It explains how digital changes are implemented and work at various levels – from the battalion to the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

The department noted that the course is basic. It is intended for servicemen and specialists who are already joining or planning to join the digital transformation structure.

“The training helps to understand how the structure in the army is arranged, what roles exist in it and how digital solutions go from an idea to a service that actually works,” — the Ministry of Defense explained.

The course program consists of nine lessons and covers the entire cycle of working with digital solutions.

“Participants learn how to determine the needs of a unit, work with data, navigate existing systems and launch new solutions. Special attention is paid to implementing changes and consolidating them in the work of units,” — the Ministry of Defense reported ministry.

The Ministry of Defense also reported that 23 training courses in various areas are already available in the “Army+” application for servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In particular, they concern tactics, work with UAVs, drone air defense, communications, cybersecurity and battle planning.

Earlier it was reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine had already selected and involved digital officers in separate units who will be responsible for the implementation of digital solutions in the army.
